Variables not being recognized when tryiong to send data to SendPulse

Hey guys, not sure if this is a SendPulse Limitation or my error but I am trying to send 5 pieces of info from a webform capture to SendPulse. When I make the connection to SenPulse only the Name, Email and phone show up even though we also have "Work Area" and "Agent Type" in SendPulse that we could post data to. Is this something that can be fixed?

We have created a new action event of Sendpulse for your concern, so we would request you kindly try "Add Subscriber with Custom Variable".
