Verify Bulk Emails

The "Verify Bulk Emails" feature allows you to upload a CSV file containing multiple email addresses to be verified at once. This is especially useful for large-scale email verification when dealing with a large list of emails that need to be validated for deliverability and accuracy.

Accessing the Verify Bulk Emails Feature
  • Log in to your Pabbly Email Verification account.
  • Navigate to the Dashboard page.
  • Under the Verify Email dropdown, select the Verify Bulk Emails option.

Uploading the Email List for Bulk Verification
  • Once the "Verify Bulk Emails" option is selected, a pop-up will appear with the following options:
    • Email List Name: Enter a name for your email list for easy reference.
    • Select Folder: Choose the folder where you want to upload the email list. Folders help you organize your email lists.
    • Choose File: Click on the area provided to choose or drag your CSV file containing the list of emails you want to verify. Ensure that the file meets the criteria (CSV format, 10MB size limit, and up to 300,000 emails).

Verifying the Bulk Email List
  • Once you have selected the file, click on the Upload button to begin the bulk verification process.
  • The system will start processing the email list, and you will be able to track its progress under the Home section of your Dashboard.

Monitoring the Verification Process
  • The email list will appear under the folder you selected (e.g., "Home").
  • You can track the status of your email list:
    • Processing: The system is currently verifying the emails.
    • Verified: The verification process is complete, and the results are ready.
    • Unverified: Some emails could not be verified, and further action may be required.

Viewing the Verification Results
  • After the verification process is complete, you can view the results:
    • The Total Emails section will display how many emails were verified.
    • You will see a breakdown of the types of emails:
      • Deliverable Emails: Emails that are valid and can receive messages.
      • Undeliverable Emails: Emails that are invalid or cannot be reached.
      • Accept-all Emails: Emails that accept any message sent to them, typically domain-based.
      • Unknown Emails: Emails that could not be verified.

Downloading the Verification Report
  • After the verification is complete, you can download the verification report by clicking the Download button.
  • You can choose to download the entire list of verification results or specific categories like:
    • All Emails Result
    • Deliverable Emails
    • Undeliverable Emails

Managing Verified Lists
  • Verified lists are automatically stored for up to 90 days. You can download reports and maintain access to your lists within this period.
  • Make sure to download and back up the verification reports before they are deleted.
