waiting for webhook response

While creating a workflow, I have linked the webhook URL and test is successfully done, but its still in process since 30 minutes. PFA the screenshot.

In which application you have added the webhook URL? Further did you a made test submission so that the webhook response can be captured here.

I am using the webhook URL in Google Sheets.

It worked for the first time. But its still in waiting state when I modified the flow. Also, I need to create one more workflow, where I can update the google sheet cell based on the whatsapp message received.
