gradually based on your
email engagement and sending patterns (such as delivery rate, open rate, bounce rate, spam complaints, etc.).
Please note: the escalation figures shared below are
only examples to help you understand the process. The actual limit increase may vary depending on your campaign performance.
Example escalation flow:
- Day 1: Initial limit of 500 emails/day → after sending, we monitor performance for 24 hours
- Day 2: If stats are good → limit may increase up to 5,000 emails/day
- Day 3: After review → limit may increase up to 15,000 emails/day
- Day 4: With continued good performance → limit may increase further (e.g., 25,000/day, then 50,000/day)
If your engagement remains healthy and there are no compliance issues, your limit will continue to increase accordingly.
