I am facing an issue with my Pabbly workflow where WATI is not sending the Stripe payment link after a user selects their pickup point on WhatsApp. Here is my setup:

I am facing an issue with my Pabbly workflow where WATI is not sending the Stripe payment link after a user selects their pickup point on WhatsApp. Here is my setup:
- Workflow Steps:
- WATI Webhook (Captures user response from the WhatsApp chatbot for pickup point selection)
- Stripe Payment Link Creation (Configured and working correctly)
- Send WhatsApp Message via WATI (To share the payment link)
- Problem:
- The Stripe payment link is being generated successfully (verified in Stripe and Pabbly logs).
- However, WATI is not sending the payment link to the user after the pickup point is selected.
- The chatbot directly moves to the final message without showing the payment link.
- Checks Done:
- Pabbly task history shows the payment link is created and passed to the WATI webhook.
- WATI Webhook URL is correctly added in the chatbot flow.
- Pabbly history shows the message is being sent, but it never reaches WhatsApp.
- Question:
- Is there anything specific I should select in the “WhatsApp Number” or “Message Text” fields in Pabbly?
- Should I be using a specific variable from the WATI webhook for the number (like waId or MessageContact)?
- Do I need to create a pre-approved WATI template for the payment link message?
