In the "WhatsApp Cloud API" action step if the template field is required. If you leave the template field empty, your messages may not be delivered. Whereas we can see that in automation you have missed passing the 8th field from your WhatsApp Cloud API.

There are still problems
Now it does not send a message when there is a new contact on the site
It used to be a sender
Today every pen I get an error message
When I check if WhatsApp is connected to the system, I do get a message
I would appreciate someone contacting me in the near future to fix all my problems

I haven't messed with the system lately for personal reasons now I just want to mess with it and I want to have a system that works properly


And I checked now again the sending of messages that added a line to the Google sheet and it doesn't work either
I would be happy if someone once and for all makes the whole system work
Because it works for me exactly for a day and then stops

And I added in line 8 that there will always be a parameter there so that the line will not be empty
And it still doesn't work properly
I would be happy for zoom support or an in-depth inspection

And it's better that it be live because a day goes by and another day and another month
And the service is still not working properly
It's frustrating that it's been over 3 months and it's still not working properly for me

In the WhatsApp Cloud API action step, passing data in all fields is necessary. If you are to get the data for all the fields, kindly remove that field or use the "Default Value" action step, which will pass random data if that field data didn't come in automation.
