Webhook and Mailchimp integration

Hi

I have a question today: I have a webhook between a third party app - Pabbly webhook to Mailchimp. Pabbly imports the contacts from the third party app into Mailchimp. It has been working great, but since a coouple of days, not all contacts have been imported into Mailchimp.
We haven't made any changes and it's like some contacts are skipped, because more recent contacts have been imported.
Could it be due because of my plan near its limit? They were still 900 tasks available though, and I have upgraded my plan.
What else could it be?

It looks like the workflow in question is "bsport - Mailchimp - Member Create", with the trigger step being Webhook by Pabbly. Please note that webhook responses are determined by the source system, and all received responses are logged in the task history.

To verify the data being sent, we recommend using Webhook.site, a tool for inspecting webhook payloads. You can follow this tutorial video to learn how to use it effectively.

Hi Preeti,
Thanks for your quick feedback, I followed the tutorial and the response is this : {"status":"success","message":"Response Accepted"} even though the member is not in Mailchimp. The workflow seems to be working fine, I just don't know why some members did sync in Mailchimp.

For example on 20.11.2024 I registered 3 new members. I also see 3 members create tasks in Pabbly, but I only see 2 members in Mailchimp...

But that member is in Mailchimp, it's the second one that didn't land in Mailchimp. I have reexecuted the task manually and it worked. How can this happen?

I think that might be the error: the birthday extra step. I've decided to remove it because it was only creating errors. I think the issue might be resolved. Thank you
