Webhook monitoring feature is available ?

We have integrated the webhook with crm custom function directly & we would like to monitor any failed webhook event. Failing to update the crm should be alerted to our tech team via slack, mail or other way. Is there any way to perform this ?

Could you please specify which Pabbly platform you are using? Additionally, providing more details about your query or the specific issue you are encountering would be helpful for us to better understand your concerns and provide an appropriate resolution.

Hi @MukeshR , We are using pabbly billing & whenever subscription is created, activated etc pabbly webhook integration will post data to our crm. And if somehow the post request failed then we want to be aware about it.

In Pabbly Subscription Billing, we provide the option to set the webhook retry frequency. With this feature, you can configure up to 3 retry attempts for failed webhook requests. This allows you to schedule webhook retries after 1 day or 2 days or certain number of days, depending on your specific requirements. Please refer to the below screenshot :-

However, please note that the option to receive notifications for failed webhook attempts is currently unavailable. We kindly request that you submit this as a feature suggestion in our forum. If we receive multiple requests for this feature from our users, we will consider its implementation in Pabbly Subscription Billing after evaluating its feasibility.
