Well, I have set up an automation where participants will get multiple WhatsApp reminders before a webinar if he/she registers.
The reminder times are:
1. 16 hours
2. 3 hours
3. 1 hour
4. 15 minutes before the webinar.
So, there are 4 reminders and therefore, according to your tutorial, there should be an 'add/subtract time' and 'delay' block to run this automation. I want to put these 4 reminders in one workflow. If a participant registers for the webinar 2 days before the event, he/she will get all four of those reminders.
So, the question is, what if a participant registers 30 minutes before the webinar? Will the participant get the '15 minute' reminder? And what about the reminder that is supposed to remind the participant about the webinar? I am afraid that the workflow will not run.
Please explain to me what will happen in this workflow.
