What is different config label vs label

i want to update item but i don't know what is different "config label" vs "label"?
i want connect Pabbly with Podio and update item.

Hi @tisaigon,

Both of them are responses we are getting from Podio, and from their API documentation, it is not clear what exactly is the difference between the two.
