Message not coming back to Pabbly Workflow from meta developer app.

Creating a new workflow in Pabbly. First step is creating Whatsapp Cloud API.

Created new app in Facebook developers page. Here are the screenshots. Everything configured as per Pabbly instructructions :

Unfortunately, the messages are not coming back to Pabbly.

I've checked all the configurations multiple times and it's a bit frustrating.

For the entire exercise, I've followed this page closely and still no luck :
