Whatsapp api

I have two questions:
1. Is there any free whatsapp api for free? all Chat-api, 360dialgue are paid!

2. My task involves, sending different image files to different contact no on different scheduled date, is it possible through pabbly?

(I have watched video and it seems it can easily send same file to different no but not sure if I can pick different images and send it different set of people on schedule dates)

e.g. score card of the students sending to their parents in image format after every exam that occur.

2. Yes, but it will need direct image URL to send image and you need to use some SaaS or google slides to generate dynamic images for each contact.
