Hi all,
I have integrated WhatsApp Business API with Zoho CRM using Pabbly Connect. The purpose is to automatically send a welcome message via our official WhatsApp business account to new leads added in Zoho CRM.
The setup workflow is as follows:

I have integrated WhatsApp Business API with Zoho CRM using Pabbly Connect. The purpose is to automatically send a welcome message via our official WhatsApp business account to new leads added in Zoho CRM.
The setup workflow is as follows:
- New lead gets added to Zoho CRM
- Pabbly Connect Zoho CRM connector detects this and triggers the WhatsApp Business API workflow
- Predefined template message is sent to the new lead's mobile number from our WhatsApp business account
I have checked the following but the problem persists:
- Confirmed mobile numbers in Zoho CRM are in proper country code format
- Checked for any errors in Pabbly Connect logs but none related to this issue
- Verified all configurations in Pabbly Connect - Zoho fields mapping, trigger settings etc seem accurate
