MailMyCard integration: app auth settings revert after Save; how to submit for publication?

Diljit PR — Question ·
We are the MailMyCard vendor (https://mailmycard.com), preparing a public Pabbly Connect integration.

We created a private app named MailMyCard in the v2 developer portal and draft actions for Get Account, List Templates, Get Order and Send Card. Our API uses Bearer Token authentication. Documentation: https://mailmycard.com/developers ; OpenAPI: https://mailmycard.com/api/v1/openapi.json .

Blocker: in App Configuration → app details, we enter the app description/help, choose Bearer Token, add its help text and press Save. After the save completes, navigating away and back or reloading shows No Auth again, with empty description/help fields. We reproduced this with a second save/reload. Marketing / Marketing Automation categories persist, and the action drafts persist. A Get Account test without credentials correctly returns the API missing-key error. No API key or paid order has been used in Pabbly.

Could you help resolve the app-settings persistence issue and confirm the current process to submit this vendor integration for review/publication once authentication and tests are complete? The developer portal’s Raise Request link points to the old private-discussions post-thread route, which currently returns 404. We reached this forum through the current Get Help page.

Please provide a secure private channel if you need the app identifier or account-specific details. We are not claiming the draft is tested or ready for approval yet.
