WhatsApp Cloud API not showing on action

When I am trying to create action using WhatsApp Cloud API but this app not showing at all!

If you are using Windows, please try pressing CTRL + Shift + R. This will hard refresh your browser, and the applications should become visible. For Mac, press Command + Shift + R to hard refresh the browser.
