I am getting error from 3 templates 2nd_msg_free_1on1_session, 3rd_msg_free_1on1_session & 4th_msg_free_1on1_session. Do know what is the difference between 4 templates.

These all were created yesterday.

We have added the Send Template Message (New) action step to your workflow, and it is working as expected. Please refer to the attached image for more details.
We recommend using this new action in your workflow instead of the legacy version when working with newly created templates.

There are too many options to be filled in this which are not required. It should be made simpler & easier. Please guide

Horribly complicated! But why is it done like this? I have tried doing it but can't do it. Once template is formed and approved why do i need to put all the details again.
I am already pissed off by complication. Whole thought process should be to make things simpler and faster but direction of development is entirely opposite.
