Hello team,

There is a glitch in the workflow. In the given task, step #31 (WhatsApp CLOUD API) message is accepted via Pabbly Connect. The step response is positive however, the message is not being delivered actually.

I thought there might be a problem with the Message Template. So, I tried sending a message using a different WhatsApp Business Service Provider and from there the message is being delivered.

I am lost here. Why the message status shows sent but the message is not being delivered.

Hi @SKBHD,

The issue seems to be related to the URL you are trying to use in the Header Document URL field. Please note that for this to work, you need to ensure that the file you are trying to upload is a direct link hosted on a server with a .pdf extension at the end. Google Drive won't provide you with a link ending in .pdf extension.

You can try using the PDF.co Action application to convert the Google Drive URL to a URL with a .pdf extension. Make sure the Google Drive URL is publicly accessible.
