It has affected multiple workflows. Workflow message sequence is correct, but our client is receiving it out of order. Workflow history shows otherwise. No issues at all. They are sent according to their sequences in the workflow.

Kindly refer to the screenshots provided & their respective workflows. Labelled within the screenshots are the supposed order of messages as compared to what was sent. At first, it seemed as if there was a latency issue. However, this has never happened before, and for the past week have been occurring more frequently than ever.

We're unsure if this is related to Pabbly, or PickyAssist. We've reached out to PickyAssist, as we're utilising their API for WhatsApp. We've yet to receive a reply.

Hey @HelpMeLearn

We reviewed the situation and found no error causing the messages to be sent out of order. However, to address this issue, you can ensure messages are sent in sequence by adding a delay of 1-2 minutes after each message.

Thank you for your reply. I can understand the precautionary step provided, but 1 to 2 minutes is a little too long for us.

There isn't an option for delay in seconds. Say 30 seconds after. Is this doable?

Hey @HelpMeLearn

We understand your concern, but the shortest delay possible is 1 minute. Delays shorter than this are not supported.
