whatsapp wordpress messages

hey
ive set a webhook to my wordpress website and ive followed whatsapp cloud api setup guide
everything should work fine but its not working
the webhook catches the data but the message dont trigger out

any help

the webhook catches the data but the message dont trigger out

As we can see from your workflow, you are using the "Send Text Message" action step and it will only work, if the end user did not initiate the conversation with your WhatsApp - you must use a "Send Template Message" action instead. Once, the user started conversation with your WhatsApp then, only you can use this action step.
