Why does my Thrivecart pabbly connect connection keep breaking?

Hi I have a workflow that I've setup.

Specifcially for Upsells and another one for Order Bumps. I initially set it up - it's working correctly in the live environment - and then, after some time it stops working? The events no longer get logged in the workflow and nothing pushes through to slack?

Why does this keep happening and breaking?

Can you please reconfigure your trigger event once and then try again?
