I want to send new orders from my website https://rltrgroup.com/ to Zoho CRM

-The deals/contact should be updated if the contact already exists
-or else it should create a new deal

how can I get this done, your help is highly appreciated

You can have to use the "WooCommerce: Retrieve a Customer By Email" action step to check whether the customer exists or not and then on the basis of their presence you can use the router action step.

One where you can Update the deal/contact on the basis of their presence. And on another route, you can create a new deal.
