How will it work when you have to delete item?

Woo Commerce Delete trigger is only returning woo commerce item id..

What if I update Item Name itself?

Anyways this is also not working.. you Forgot to provide option to select zoho organization and this is causing failure.

Best way to handle this is to provide option to store Item ID in Zoho Books and this can be added as custom field in zoho books.

How will it work when you have to delete item?

Since WooCommerce and Zoho Books share different item IDs once the item from WooCommerce is deleted doesn't mean that it will also get erased whereas you need to get the information of the item in the Zoho Books: Get Item by name action step.

Woo Commerce Delete trigger is only returning woo commerce item id..

Further, you can try the "WooCommerce: Retrieve a Product by ID" action step after the trigger event to fetch the details of the products.
