Woocommerce to trello not reliable

Hi, I found that integration between woocommerce and trello is not reliable.
I made a rule for new woocommerce order to create a card, with order number, customer, and items as card title. But some cards are untitled/blank, some have different formatting, and some convert "x" to "×"

How can I fix this?

The blank card was this Ijg2NjM5MDIwIg_3D_3D
the wrong markdown and converting "x" to "&times" can be checked on IjkxMzA0NDcwIg_3D_3D
