I have a question, currently I'm testing sending order confirmation from Woocommerce to the customer's WhatsApp number using the WhatsApp Cloud API, but the message doesn't come through even though when sending the test request the message status is received. Can you help me?

Could you please try creating a dummy order using a different number and check whether the message is being sent or not?

I had a discussion with the technical team regarding your concern, and they have informed me that since we are getting the correct response from the WhatsApp Cloud API, the action step is working correctly on our end. We suggest you get in touch with Meta's support team to understand why messages are not being delivered.
