Wordpress custom user roles not there

For some reason my custom Wordpress user roles are not showing up when I try to create a user in Pabbly Connect. Does anyone know why?

You can directly map custom role's ID -

if you don't know id install this plugin - https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/ and then you can see the Role id in ( ) in User Role Editor -

For some reason the user is not being created in Wordpress. I've connected it to Thrivecart and Worpress. I don't know why this happening.

I'm getting a partial failure on the creation of the WP user.

We looked into your WordPress Action step and we found that you might have inputted the wrong credentials as on the Site URL.
For example: use https://example.com instead of https://example.com/login as your Base URL value.

I an using a custom login page that's why I used that url as stated on the note below the base url.

While filling the Base URL in WordPress, please avoid trailing slash on it. Please check the following screenshot for a better understanding.
