I’m currently building an automation to respond to unreplied Google reviews for my business. I noticed that the Google My Business app in Pabbly Connect only offers trigger events like New Review, but there’s no action available to pull historical reviews — especially those that haven’t received a reply yet.

- Whether there’s an existing workaround (e.g. alternative module/API route)
- If this feature is on the roadmap, or if it’s a limitation of the GMB API itself
- Any suggestions for connecting external tools or using webhooks for this gap
