Workflow doesn't work but responses are captured

I've set up a Workflow in GHL using webhook.. but the automation to create folders and copy files dont seem to work.
I checked the responses and they are there..
However, NO actions are done

As we can see from your workflow's latest history log the workflow seems to be working fine.
