Workflow is not working after enabled...How to Reinitiate the workflow after disabled?

The workflow is not working.
i have disabled the workflow past week and enabled the same workflow today. the workflow is not working even after the status is enabled. How can i run the workflow?
Please answer. its urgent. And also pls let me know there is any support chat option for help?
