I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.
I have a workflow, that runs smoothly when testing.
But when executing my emails don't show the dynamic fields. I do not see any problems in the history files. Can someone tell me what is going wrong?

Thank you for sharing the workflow.

We have reviewed it and observed that the mapped keys in your action step do not match the keys currently being received in the task history. It appears that the keys are getting shuffled, which is causing the issue.

To resolve this, we will need to establish a static key structure for proper mapping in the SMTP action.

Kindly follow these steps:

  1. Go to the trigger step.
  2. Select Response Format → Advanced.
  3. Click on Re-Capture Webhook Response.
  4. Send a fresh test record from your source application.
Once done, please let us know so we can review the updated response and guide you further.
