Workflow semi failure issues

In this workflow i have created just 3 steps but in history it shows 5 steps with 1 failure also, attached screenshot, please clarify

This issue has been escalated to our technical team for further investigation.

It appears to be related to the new UI, and until a fix is implemented, we recommend continuing to use the workflow in the Classic version for stable performance.

We appreciate your understanding and will keep you updated on any developments.

Could you please confirm if you had added all the steps earlier and then deleted some of them later?
Also, kindly share any other changes you may have made in the workflow. This will help our development team review and attempt to reproduce the issue accurately.

@Resham No major changes were done to this workflow, this workflow intends to sends overdue reminder to clients every month on 15th, trigger is scheduled in Zoho Books
Please suggest if i need to delete it and create in classic or you guys are getting this resolved?

Thank you for the clarification.

As the issue seems to be linked to the new UI, our technical team is actively investigating it. For now, we recommend continuing with the Classic version of the workflow builder to avoid unexpected behavior.

There’s no need to delete and recreate the workflow unless you face any critical errors. We’ll notify you once the issue is resolved in the new UI.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.
