The iterator Trigger is not capturing any Fields from the previous triggers

Please help with Enabling and starting this workflow...
Saw this after 1 week... that it wasn't working... No error was thrown either that the other Triggers are not executing...
This workflow just stopped

You were supposed to capture response from the Get Row(s) action step in advance format by toggling the "Simple Response button".
