workflow via webhook (Elementor) with Systeme.io

Good afternoon, I created a workflow via webhook (Elementor) with Systeme.io, the objective is to create a new contact or update a contact and assign a tag, what is happening is that when it is a new contact it works perfectly, when it is It does not update an existing contact on systeme.io. How can I get around this situation? Thanks

You can add a router to your workflow and set it up in this manner to achieve your use case. By configuring your workflow this way, you will be able to check whether a contact exists in your Systeme.io account or not. If it does not exist, a new contact will be created, and if the contact does exist, it will be automatically updated.

Boa tarde, testei o que está no tutorial, mas continua igual, ou seja, sempre cria um novo contato, e quando é um e-mail já inserido na lista, não atualiza.

Please establish a new connection with your Systeme.io account and see if that fixes the issue for you. Make sure to create a new API Key while making the new connection.
