Workflow with Trigger event Facebook Pages - New Comment that includes Facebook Comment-Reply to comment and Facebook Pages-Send a private reply

Abovementoined workflow is not working properly. Testing to post a Facebook Comment on a Post by the Page specified in the trigger and rest of the workflow.

It seems that when testing - I post a comment under a Facebook post of the page and the FB Page / FB Comments steps don't run.

Obviously the router and filter functions work, the Chatgpt steps also should work as I have been using the same setup in other workflows.

In the workflow - if you can access it: After the first Router step there is a next router step for customer / non customer after which there are Facebook Page / Facebook Comment Pabbly Connect App steps in specific routes.

You will find them under the path:

Route 1 - No Negative comment Route 2 - Customer Route 1 - Civil​


and:

Route 1 - No Negative comment Route 2 - No customer​


If you could help me trouble shoot the Facebook App steps it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Another question that came up: In the workflow I am sure to have set up the App: Facebook Pages, Event: Send Private Reply steps correctly (might need to adjust message formatting only).

But for the App: facebook comments, Event: reply to comment steps included in the workflow - I can't set a correct value for "Post ID" field (see screenshot attached).

To investigate further, could you kindly provide us with the details for the Facebook comments where the workflow did not trigger, along with screenshots or a screen recording?

Is there a way to export all Pabbly Connect Workflow data to a Text document for storing information user side? Anything like that?

Currently, there isn’t a built-in functionality in Pabbly Connect to export all workflow data to a text document for local storage. However, if such a feature becomes available in the future, we’ll be sure to let you know.
