WP Webhooks field for add arguments ''above the field''

Hello experts!
I have a questions. Please look to the pictures. The One picture i make the settings in may this year. I can add fields or labels when i want.
The problem today: I cannot find the field to add more labels on a new automation.

Maybe you can help me.
