Hi I notice that you are been charging me twice to the same account and the same email? why is that? and I dont know for how long this is happening? The subscriptions you’re referring to were purchased in 2023 and renew monthly. Each contributes 12,000 tasks, giving you a total of 24,000 tasks per month. As per our review, over 20,000 tasks have already been used this month, indicating both plans are actively supporting your usage.
If you still wish to cancel one of the plans, you can do so before the next renewal to avoid further charges. Please note that since these plans were purchased before our task limit update, your current Tier 1 plan provides 12,000 tasks per month. Re-purchasing it now would provide only 10,000 tasks.
