I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.
I set a trigger when a new video on youtube is uploaded to my brand account.

I set the Response Format to "Simple."

It connects correctly, but instead of returning simple labels representing values, it returns strings like in the screenshot below.

I've tried everything, Cleaned the browser cache and refresh the page. Cancel The workflow, the youtube connection and restart from scratch.

But I haven't been able to get a simple response with text labels instead of the strings in the screenshot.

Can anyone help?

Thanks for reaching out.

We tested the same trigger on our end, and it was able to capture the details in the sample response correctly. Could you please confirm whether there are videos uploaded on the same channel that you have connected?

Once confirmed, we will be able to assist you further.

First, I uploaded a test video to the channel in "unlisted" mode to enable all the workflow features with Pabbly. I don't know if it's necessary, but the video doesn't have audio.

I also tried with another browser, but nothing, the simple mode of the response format does not work

But in simple mode, I should have some labels in natural language, right? Like video length, title, description, etc.

Hi,

Thanks for sharing the details.

We recommend that you upload the video with either Private or Public visibility instead of using Unlisted. After uploading the video in one of these categories, please click the "Save and Send Test Request" button to see if the response is successfully captured in the workflow.
