Zendesk Sell Additional Fields

Hi there

When using the Zendesk Sell triggers, there are a number of fields missing that cannot be set in the trigger (e.g. Company Name for a Contact). These fields are passed back as blank in the response.

Is there an option to add additional fields that can be set?

We have made some changes in the "Zendesk Sell" action step to create contact as a Person or as a Company.

Kindly review these action events and let us know if that works for you.
