Zoho Authorization Glitch

Hi Guys, Trying to integrate facebook leads with Zoho CRM. However, when the popup opens for authorization request for Zoho CRM. The "accept" button is not functional and is not responsive when clicked.
Tried different browsers. Pop up permissions are active too. Have the superadmin access on Zoho CRM too. Seems to be a glitch
