I have an insert record step in a web lead workflow

the leads are not getting added to CRM

I have removed duplicate validation on the website, but still having this error

As we can see from your error message, we can see that you have missed passing the "Duplicate Check Fields" field in the action step to check whether the lead data needs to check with what entity.

So, kindly pass the "Duplicate Check Fields" field in your action step once and then try again.

create a new lead, but as the CRM has many new fields that don't show up on 'create lead" so I am using insert record
