Zoho Desk actions failing — “Find Contact” (HTTP 400) and “Create Contact” (invalid secondaryEmail)

Bonjour,
I’m encountering two separate issues with the Zoho Desk integration in Pabbly Connect, both reproducible regardless of the account connection used (tested with two different Zoho Desk connections, both newly authorized).
1. “Find Contact” action (endpoint 1905) always returns HTTP 400
Calling this action with a valid, existing contact email (e.g. a known working email on our Zoho Desk account) returns an HTML “HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request” response instead of the expected contact data. This happens every time, with different email values.
2. “Create Contact” action (endpoint 1881) fails with an invalid secondaryEmail error
Calling this action — even when the “Secondary Email” field is left completely empty/unmapped — fails with:
errorCode: INVALID_DATA
message: The data is invalid due to validation restrictions
errors[0].fieldName: /secondaryEmail
errors[0].errorType: invalid
errors[0].errorMessage: The value passed for field '/secondaryEmail' does not match the allowed values. It seems the action is sending an empty string for secondaryEmail to the Zoho Desk API by default, which Zoho’s API rejects (Zoho expects this field to be omitted entirely when not used, not sent as an empty string).
Workflow affected: “découvrir le Zohar+ Ticket desk” (and similarly “Shopify- Desk”).
Could you look into fixing the secondaryEmail field handling in the “Create Contact” action, and investigate why “Find Contact” returns a 400 regardless of input?
Thanks,
Michael
