ZohoCRM to Flowlu

Hi,

When I connect ZohoCRM to flowlu, I am getting the information from ZohoCRM fine, but when I try and map the data in flowCRM account creation, I cannot find the fiends from the previous step, see screeshot attached.

Hey @jigarcshah

It seems like you haven't captured the webhook response correctly.

So, please re-capture the Webhook Response properly and make sure the account is authorized correctly.

Moreover, click on the Re-capture Webhook Response button before creating the leads on the ZOHO CRM. Then only it will capture the webhook response.

I did, and in the data received it does show the test, i've created a screen recording of the same

Due to some technical issue from the ZOHO CRM, it wasn't responding to the API response. But now the details will be showed to you without any array and you can map it further.

Moreover, please try this at your end and let us know if that works for you.
