Hello, when we have a zoom meeting, how do we capture the contact information of the attendees and transfer it to Google Sheets and Sales CRM?

Hello, when we have a zoom meeting, how do we capture the contact information of the attendees and transfer it to Airtable? As well as the title of the zoom meeting, can we capture it so we know which meeting they attended?

If you need to capture the contact information of attendees for your meetings, you have a few alternative options:

Registration Forms: You can create a registration form for your Zoom meeting using Zoom's registration feature or an external registration platform. When attendees register for the meeting, they will provide their contact information as part of the registration process. After the meeting, you can access the registration data through Zoom or the external registration platform.

So we can't capture the email address they used when they attended the zoom meeting? only participant IDs or display names?

If we do use Zoom registration feature, are we able to capture that data and transfer it to our Sales CRM using Pabbly?

In Pabbly, you can set up a webhook URL in your Zoom account and use the "Meeting Registration Created" trigger event to get the webhook data with participants' detail.
