While calling external API timeout issue coming. I have check history and found June 5 same API is working but aftter that getting timeout issue 25 second.

I am using http://134.209.181.159/api/getinvitation/45672255 this API in API integration. Could you please let me. same API is working in postman.

I have created 2 workflow and both are not working now.

We suggest you first execute the same CURL request in Postman to ensure the API runs correctly, and then replicate the CURL request in the API through the Pabbly action step.

Team- The issue is still present. Again the API is not hitting through pabby connect. but its working from postman. I am not sure why its happened every second day. Could you please provide me permanent solution on this. lots of deal having similar issue and my client is worry to use this platform.

After importing the same cURL request, the API is responding as expected, similar to Postman. Please refer to the attached screenshot for details.

Please refer to this thread to troubleshoot your "Response not received in 25 seconds" error.

Pabbly Connect Timeout Limit Error: Response Not Received in 25 Seconds

The maximum allowed timeout in Pabbly is 25 seconds. Right now the 25 seconds is the soft limit that we output in the message. If the response does not arrive in overall 25 seconds then we close the connection for that action step and output the response not received in 15 seconds message...

We have modified the delay to 5 minutes instead of 1 as mentioned in this thread -

Hi Luv,

Its not working. My both workflow are not working (SendAnguscontact and AngusInvitationFlow) please suggest what need to be done to correct those. From tomorrow onward every request was failing.

The endpoint you are currently using uses the 'http' protocol, which can cause errors when executing the API through Pabbly.
We recommend using an endpoint that uses the 'https' protocol instead.

Kindly set up the workflow accordingly, and do a few test runs.

Hey Pabbly Team,

I have again facing issue for timeout. I am not how sometime request is working and sometimes are not. Could you please do something to correct my workflow. I have 2 work flows create " SendAnguscontact" and "AngusInvitationFlow".

1. "SendAnguscontact" this workflow sometime is work and sometime is not. But "AngusInvitationFlow" this workflow is not working in long time. Could you please check. My end point is working fine in postman.

Due to this issue my client is not happy and lost of issue is coming.
