Webhook receives all data but not all data is available in action steps.

My webhook receives the complete workload successfully.
As of recent when I checked action steps like text formatter or Bigin App (Create Contact for example) when trying to map fields to data received via webhook, the data is not available. Meaning that I can only see half or less of the data brought in my the webhook.

Why is this happening, It was not like that when I built my workflow before.

Can anyone help me ?

You can see in the video the webhook payload is big and then when I try to acces it via the action step I can only choose from a limited workload.
That was not like that before.
The same happens in other action steps like text formatter.

Same now happens with my newly created action step for Bigin App "create pipeline record with custome fields".
At first I could choose to map from the entire workload of the webhook. Now suddenly more than half of the workload disappeared.

This Issue is now disrupting all my workflows and subsequently all our work. What is going on?? Why is half the workload disappearing resulting to multiple erros and empty data fields!

I hope they will have some answers for me because my work is no really getting disrupted because of this sudden error.
My workflows can not run properly.

I wanted to ask about a different problem I am encountering. Please refer to the SC attached. I sometimes get the error message you can see.
Could you help me understand why? This just happens sometimes. Thank you!
