Need assistance to TRIGGER a flow after AI assistance

Hello, I create a flow which started with 2 options
1. Redirect to inquiry form
2. Speak to AI assistant
Once AI assistance takes over, it chats well but if the user is typing Hi, hello or any keyword which is part of my flow trigger it is not restarting. I want help me making 1 flow which can be triggered again if a user types certain words and then select options again, i have plan to use 3 ai assistant in 1 flow, say user gets option 1, 2 and 3, option2 and 3 are different ai assistant, it could be possible that user selects option 3 first but want to explore option 2 or 1 later, i am not trigger my flow again when it is assigned to ai assistant automatically.

is there any way around that?

Thank you for the clarification.

We understand that you’ve created a flow where users can choose between chatting with the assistant or selecting other options. However, once a user opts to chat with the assistant and the AI is enabled for that conversation, only the AI will continue to respond, even if the user later sends a keyword that would typically trigger a flow. In such cases, the flow will not be re-triggered.

Currently, this behavior is by design. However, we understand the need for more flexibility, and we’d like to let you know that the feature to prioritize flows over AI Assistant is already in our pipeline. Once this feature is developed and made available, we will announce it or inform you directly.

We hope this clears up the situation. Let us know if you need any further assistance in the meantime.
