Why I set up 2 hours but it only triggers once a day to reply to reviews, secondly, does slow Tasks affect response speed?
We are setting up slow flow >1000, some new reviews are not received and almost no response.

Please provide us with the workflow URL so we can investigate the issue.

Additionally, we have recently observed some delays in review replies being processed. However, the action has been executed on time from our end.

Upon checking, we have confirmed that reviews are being captured based on the trigger time, which is currently set to 10 minutes. Additionally, the replies are being sent within a few seconds.

If you are experiencing any additional delays in review replies, it is likely due to delays on Google Reviews' end. The API response in Pabbly indicates that the review has been updated. Please refer to the attached image for more details.

Thanks, currently my projects are leaving 2 hours for new review. So if I don't miss any new review. I can leave the process shorter like 1 or 2 minutes.

Currently, you have a trigger interval time of 10 minutes for the 'New Review' trigger step. Any new review will trigger your workflow within 10 minutes. This is the minimum trigger interval time and cannot be reduced any further.
