WhatsApp Business API – Template messages not received despite oral consent

Merci d’avance pour vos retours 🙏

Hello @arielou26,

It appears that the connection was set up using a temporary access token, which has since expired. To resolve this, please reconnect to the WhatsApp Cloud API by regenerating a new token and updating your connection accordingly.

Additionally, please ensure that your action is configured properly for any sections containing dynamic content. Here's a quick guideline:

  • Header: Select “Yes” only if your header contains dynamic values. If not, leave this section blank.
  • Body: If your message body includes dynamic parameters, select “Yes” and map the parameters accordingly. Otherwise, leave it unselected.
  • Buttons: If your buttons are static (i.e., do not change dynamically), set this option to “No.”
Accurate configuration will ensure your message template functions as expected. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
