Unable to Access Pabbly ChatFlow App & Flow Failure During Scheduled Broadcast

Hello Team,

From today afternoon, I am unable to access the Pabbly ChatFlow app normally.

However, when I used a VPN, I was able to access the app without any issue.

Additionally, I had a scheduled broadcast:

  • The broadcast was successfully sent and delivered
  • But the flow attached to the broadcast failed
  • Customers clicked on the button, but no quick reply was triggered or sent
  • As a result, the automation flow did not proceed
This issue has directly impacted user interactions and automation performance.

Hello Team,

Please hard refresh your browser and check if that resolves the issue. Also, try changing your internet connection—if you’re using Wi-Fi, connect your PC to your phone’s internet instead and see if that helps.

  • But the flow attached to the broadcast failed
  • Customers clicked on the button, but no quick reply was triggered or sent
  • As a result, the automation flow did not proceed
This issue has directly impacted user interactions and automation performance.
Please share a screenshot and specify the broadcast you’re referring to. Also, share a screenshot of the chat where the quick reply button was clicked but the flow did not trigger. This will help us look into the issue.

Yesterday:

  • Tried multiple refreshes
  • Changed internet connection
  • Cleared cache and retried
  • Still, the ChatFlow app was not opening (blank screen without VPN)
  • App opened only when VPN was enabled
Today (around 7:45 AM):

  • ChatFlow app is now opening normally without VPN
Current Issue:

  • When I send any template message with Quick Reply buttons
  • The buttons are visible to users
  • But on clicking the buttons, no action is triggered
  • No quick reply is sent
  • The flow does not proceed

Thank you for reaching out to us. We have received reports from a few users in the Indian time zone who were experiencing issues accessing Chatflow from the Indian region. However, when our team tested it at the same time, they were able to access Chatflow without any VPN.

As of now, it seems that you are able to access chat without a VPN, which indicates that the issue has been resolved. We are currently unsure why this problem occurred, but our team is actively looking into it. We will get back to you as soon as we have more information.

In the meantime, could you please share a few chat examples where you faced this issue — specifically, where the template message with quick reply buttons is delivered, but after clicking the button, the user does not receive any reply, and the flow does not respond?

Also, please note that this behavior usually occurs when the chat status is not “Open”, as the flow triggers only when the chat status is in the Open state. If the chat is not open, the flow may not respond as expected.

Kindly share the chat examples so we can review this further from our end.

We broadcasted this template to all customers in both the morning and afternoon. In all cases, the Quick Reply buttons were visible but not working. Additionally the Quick Reply button in the Welcome Message (sent when a user purchases any plan) is also not working.
In summary no flows are getting triggered at all neither from broadcast messages nor from the welcome message

This is to inform you that the issue with flows using template messages with quick reply buttons was identified and has now been resolved. It should be working fine on your end now.
