Hi Pabbbly support team,
So, I took Pabbly Chatflow subscription last year around the same time, but have rarely used it.
Now I have the clients whom I can sell these WhatsApp services to, but under my subscription it shows
your plan ends on 10th of May 2026. So, I'm confused if I purchased it for lifetime or 1 year, as I also have Pabbly connect for lifetime.
So, could you please clarify what should I do in order to use it properly?
Also, I'm still able to use the interafce and that's a good thing. I have primarily two queries:
1. Do I have to renew my subscription for Pabbly Chatflow now or can I go ahead with as things are?
2. This happens sometimes, when I try to send templates that are already approved, it shows error and the message doesn't get delivered. Why is that the case and how to fix it?
