Replied Cancel On Next Renewal button not working

I wanted to cancel a subscription on the next renewal, so I opened the Cancel Subscription dialog, entered a cancel reason, and clicked Cancel On Next Renewal. Nothing happens when I click it. The dialog stays open and the subscription is not scheduled for cancellation.

There are no console errors showing up either, so I could not figure out what is going wrong on my end.

As a workaround I cancelled it via the API instead, which worked fine. But the button in the UI does not seem to do anything.

Can you please check why Cancel On Next Renewal is not working?
Please do not ask me about that specific subscription, because I canceled it already via the API.

Hi @sven-bo,

This appears to be a cache-related issue. Could you please perform a hard refresh of your browser and then try selecting "Cancel on Next Renewal" again? Let us know if that resolves the issue.
